Because You Deserve a Little Extra...

Discover the "stone orchids" of the Dalmatian coast. We’ll guide you through the hidden spots where wild capers grow in ancient stone walls, then show you the secrets of preparing them for gourmet dishes.

The best part? Once they are cured and ready, we’ll send your personal harvest to you. It’s the ultimate edible souvenir from the heart of the Mediterranean.

Hand-Cured Dalmatian Black Olives

Experience the Tradition: Immerse yourself in a centuries-old Adriatic tradition. This experience takes you through the patient, rewarding journey of transforming sun-ripened fruit into the rich, salty delicacy known as the "Dalmatian Olive." Over the course of twenty days, the salt coaxes the moisture from the fruit, concentrating its savory flavor. Following a precise two-stage sterilization process and a finish of local extra virgin olive oil, the jars are sealed to lock in the authentic taste of the coast and shipped to you. The Dalmatian curing method creates a taste that is worlds apart from store-bought canned olives.

The journey ends at our Tavern table, where your hand-picked bounty is transformed into a traditional, soul-warming dinner. It doesn’t get fresher than this.

A Gift That Follows You Home

The magic doesn’t end when you leave. Once the oil you helped harvest has settled and been bottled, we will ship your handpicked Olive Oil directly to your doorstep. It’s a literal taste of your hard work, delivered fresh from our centuries old Olive trees to your table.
